Great Italian food, excellent service, nice atmosphere, kind, and friendly staff. We love their pizza it's the best in town.

there is something for everyone at mama's and it's very consistent. Their prices are some of the better in saratoga springs and we are frequent customers. Sit at the bar with Kim and she'll take care of you.

8/3/2024 We've been here several times and surprised we haven't left a review. Have an Italian husband and I was raised in an Italian family both in NY & NJ we know the food. Surprised we were there earlier than usual and were seated immediately. This trip it was just my husband and I, out for a nice quiet night, and thought the nice quiet corner table we were sitting at looked perfect however after about 15 mins the restaurant got louder and place was packed! We quickly realized it was at the entrance of the waiting station and kitchen. Do not recommend this table if you're on the quieter side however, the staff kept low voices when at the station. It's a tight spot for the person sitting near the walkway, I felt like I was in the way. We did move the table in some however was still hard to hear each other without being too loud and it wasn't like it was our first date! We love this place and have been many times, I just want to give a heads up about the table location. They have a Very friendly hostess, wait staff and servers. The kitchen and the entire wait staff did an awesome job, our drinks never emptied, food delivered in perfect timing, plates cleared before the next comes out, a tablespoon included for my Pappardella!! I used the Mens room to wash my hands because as usual Ladies room had a wait. The men's room was cleaned, nicely decorated with no oder like many other restaurants! Water and bread was delivered to the table and the condiments include olive oil and balsamic vinegar, so you're able to make up your our style of bread dip. I made up salt, black pepper and olive oil for my DH and my sodium free version with olive oil and balsamic vinegar! Our Vegetarian Selections! We always start with the Long-Stem Artichoke Francese as recommended by our first waitress there years ago! To me it's heaven on the plate! If you love artichoke and a lemony sauce, DON'T PASS THIS UP!! It's unexplainably delicious! My DH ordered his usual PENNE BROCCOLI E SPINACH bowl with their delicious generously sliced garlic & oil. My order was based on the same dish with modifications because of my low sodium diet, my bowl had PAPPARDELLA pasta, minus the Spinach added grape tomatoes and asparagus. Both dishes were amazing!! All the vegetables and pasta were cooked to Italian style perfection!! The asparagus was hard to find however it was there and a decent amount, it was cut the smallest around 1/3". Broccoli was the perfect size and none of the pieces needed to be cut. Next time, I will ask to have some fresh basil and oregano sprinkle on.

Sunday night and it was non stop people. The server was fast to bring our drinks and appetizer and super friendly. Seafood fra Diablo over gnocchi was absolutely amazing. Blueberry blast cocktail was also delicious. Will absolutely go back when in town.

Had dinner here with a bunch of my friends on Valentines day. We had a family style dinner as pre arranged. Everything we had from the antipasti to the main entree were all delicious. The service was great. Next time will try the pizza!

Love Mama Mia's. I usually get the vodka sauce pasta dish which is fantastic. Today after our party ordered I ordered a pizza to go. After we finished our food and we're waiting for the pizza our server brought us over two complimentary cannolis! We were so happy. Awesome service, especially for it being busy.
